Floor Well paving blocks can be used for driveways, walkways, swimming pool deck area, patios, sit-outs, garden paths, entrance lobbies, verandas, building surroundings, parking lots, auditoriums, halls, ramps, courtyards, corridors, any landscaped area etc.

1) Create a firm sub base using river sand, black metal in proportion as per requirement of site application e.g. light/ heavy traffic. Drive, pathway.
2) Prepare base mortar with cement and sand in the ratio 1:4.
3) Set the levels for the finished floor as specified by the Architect/Contractor.
4) Prepare the cement slurry, spread it on the leveled mortar base.
5) Wet the reverse of the tile with water. Do not immerse the tiles in water.
6) Place the tiles/blocks on base mortar/materials. Tap gently and uniformly with a rubber/wooden grip covered with cloth to obtain perfect levels.
7) Thickness of bedding material is to be adjusted considering the thickness variation of tiles to maintain the final level.
8) Use the granite cutting machine for cutting the end portion of the tiles for perfect edges.
9) Clean the surface of the tile with clean water wet sponge immediately after laying. Ensure that the base mortar cement which squeezes through joints does not settle on the tile.
10) Water used for cleaning should not be salty or hard.
11) It is suggested to leave a fine gap all round the tile for better fitting.
12) Do not use the area laid for 48 hours.
13) Fill in the joints with pointing material / a polymer based cementious tiling joint filler. Do not apply the pointing material all over the tile surface.
14) Allow pointing material to set for 15 minutes and then clean the surface of the tile with wet sponge, removing the excess pigment on the tile surface.
15) Wash the surface with soap water or mild detergent to obtain a clean surface.

1) While unloading, stack the tiles properly to avoid breakage or damage at corners.
2) Avoid scratching or scrubbing on the Glossy surface.
3) Avoid stacking / loading of steel, iron, or other heavy material on the laid area.
4) Do not apply point loads.
5) Remove-Greece, oil, tyre marks to keep the surface clean it can be easily removed by detergent / soap water.

Total site should be ready in all respects before laying the Blocks/Tiles ie: duly completing base leveling, slopping, rolling, fixing curbing stone or brick wall for support of paving tiles/blocks at the end edges if required. Raising of chambers, laying drainage, sanitary, electricity lines. Complete Marble/Natural stone polishing, Painting of ceiling - verandahs. Fixing and polishing of windows, doors and gates or other cementing work.

1) All designs and shapes are registered patents.
2) Performance and aesthetic is assured only against strictly adhering to above technical specifications ( for stocking, laying and maintenance of tiles) Please ask, refer to our technical brochure before laying the tiles. No complaints will be entertained once the tiles are fixed.
3) Efflorescence World over, shade variation and efflorescence is an inherent feature of all tiles due to constraints in water, cement & pigment technology. This is in no way detriment to the performance of the materials and responsibility cannot be accepted for its occurance.
